The main clinical manifestations are the progression of the difficulty in breathing, restrictive ventilation with dispersion function reducing, hypoxemia, and imaging of pulmonary diffuse lesions. ILD can eventually develop into diffuse lung structure damage, leading to respiratory failure and even death.
