摘 要 本实验选取多肉植物宝草锦(Haworthia cymbiformis var. triebnet poelln)的 不定芽为实验材料,通过 MS 培养基与不同浓度激素的配比处理宝草锦不定芽,旨在建立一种方便快捷且高效的宝草锦快速繁殖体系,为其种质资源保护、开发利用、园艺栽培、遗传转化及分子育种等提供参考。首先选取宝草锦无污染不定芽在超净工作台进行接种,然后接种到不同激素浓度配比的 MS 培养基中进行增殖培养。实验结果表明:诱导宝草锦不定芽增殖的最适培养基是:MS+6-BA1mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L。关键词 宝草锦;组织培养;不定芽;快繁技术Study on the Optimization of Culture Hormone in Subculture of Haworthia Cymbiformis Var. triebnet Poelln Abstract In this study, the adventitious buds of Haworthia cymbiformis var. triebnet poelln were used as experimental materials. In order to compare the optimum conditions for the study of the process of the multiplication of the bud and the adventitious buds of the brocade, the MS culture medium and the different concentration of hormones were used to treat the bud of the brocade and brocade.
