UG 数控自动编程与加工操作方法讨论 摘 要：文章主要讲述自动编程加工的操作过程,其构建思路为首先进入 UG 编程环境，其次对几何体进行分析和检查，建立加工坐标系与安全平面，再次体验 UG 编程的基本过程，包括创建程序、创建方法、创建刀具和创建操作等内容,最后介绍后处理的相关知识。目的使编程人员能够了解数控自动编程基础知识，同时掌握自动编程的一般加工过程。 关键词：UG 软件;数控加工;自动编程;操作方法 中图分类号：TH164 文献标志码：A 文章编号：2095—2945(2025）14—0110—03 Abstract： This paper mainly describes the operation process of automatic programming and machining， its construction idea is first to enter UG programming environment, secondly to analyze and check geometry， to establish machining coordinate system and safety plane, and to experience the basic process of UG programming again。 It includes creating program， creating method， creating tool， creating operation and so on。 Finally， it introduces the relevant knowledge of post-processing。 The objective is to enable programmers to understand the basic knowledge of CNC automatic programming and to master the general process of automatic programming at the same time. Keywords: UG software； CNC machining； automatic programming； operating method 1 导入零件模型文件、进入加工环境 （1）启动 Siemens NX 软件，“文件”→“新建”弹出“新建”对话框，输入文件名 kl。prt，指定文件保存的目录位置，“确定"后即可进入 UG 建模环境。 （2）“文件”→“导入”→“STEP203”,弹出“导入自 STEP203 选项”对话框,单击 按钮，选择文件 kl.stp，单击“确定”文件导入成功，零件三维模型如图 1 所示。 (3）点击“开始”→“加工”命令，在“加工环境"选择框中，“CAM 会话配置”根据默认状态“cam_general”不变，“要创建的 CAM设置”选择 mill_planar，点击“确定”按钮,进入加工环境。 2 零件模型的检查与分析 （1）选择下拉菜单“分析”→“NC 助理”命令，在“NC 助理"对话框中,“要分析的面”是全部零件模型，“指定矢量”是 ZC 正...
