供电公司人力资源管理风险与防范分析【摘 要】人力资源管理是企业管理中十分重要的组成部分，同时也是供电公司中不可或缺的管理内容，而目前大多数供电公司在人力资源管理的过程中存在着较多的问题和风险，不利于企业的更好进展和进步。因此供电公司应该充分认识人力资源管理中存在的风险，根据风险的类别和实际情况分析出科学的防范对策，进而达到提高供电公司人力资源管理水平，促进企业长期、稳定和健康进展的目的。 【Abstract】The human resource management is the important part of enterprise management， and the integral management content of power supply company， at present， there are many problems and risks in the power supply company human resource management， and these problems and risks are not better development and progress of enterprise.
