南水北调沙河渡槽高性能混凝土施工工艺探讨南水北调沙河渡槽高性能混凝土施工工艺探讨 摘要：沙河 U 形渡槽位于河南省鲁山县境内，是南水北调中线规模最大、技术难度最复杂的控制性工程之一，沙河梁式渡槽槽身所采纳的 U 形双向预应力结构和现场预制架槽机架设施工方法，将填补国内外水利行业大流量渡槽设计及施工的技术空白；按综合指标排名，沙河渡槽也将是目前世界上已建和在建的规模最大的渡槽工程。U 形渡槽采纳 C50F200W8 高性能混凝土，混凝土的浇筑质量是整个渡槽预制的核心部分，涉及混凝土配比的优化、拌合强度、入仓强度及线路、浇筑布料及振捣方案以及后续的蒸汽养护和洒水自然延养等等来切实保证混凝土内实外美的施工质量。为今后在该类型的建筑物混凝土施工方面提供借鉴。关键词：U 形渡槽；混凝土；施工；工艺 Abstract: The Shahe U-shaped aqueduct, located in LuShanXian territory of Henan province, is one of the controlled projects with the most large scale and most complex technology in south-to-north water transfer project. The U-shaped two-way prestressed structure and the construction method of on-site of prefabricated frame slot machine will fill the blank of big flow aqueduct design and construction technology in water conservancy industry at home and abroad. According to the comprehensive index ranking, Shahe aqueduct will also will be the largest in scale among the built and under building aqueducts in the world. U shape employs the C50F200W8 high performance concrete, and the concrete casting quality is a central part of the aqueduct prefabrication, involving concrete proportion optimization, mixing strength, storage-in strength and lines, casting contributions cloth, vibrating scheme and the subsequent steam maintenance and water spraying and so on, to really ensure the concrete construction quality, which provides reference for the future similar concrete construction.
