机械工程和自动化控制 中国印刷和包装学术会议会刊 294Mechanical Engineering & Automation Control Proceedings of CACPP 基于 JDF 数字化步骤切纸机裁切软件开发任玲辉 1,刘凯 1,张海燕 2, 侯和平 2(1.西安理工大学机械和精密仪器学院, 西安 710048;2.西安理工大学印刷和包装工程学院, 西安 710048摘要 JDF 是一个基于 XML 用于活件描述及交换格式,本文经过对 JDF 文档语法、数据结构分析,解析出了版式信息。结合纸张裁切工艺特点和人工编排加工路径经验,分析了不规则版面布局特点,提出了一个新裁切加工路径形成复合算法,处理了不规则版面裁切路径计划。开发了切纸机优化裁切软件,基于 JDF 数字化步骤开发切纸机裁切软件,能够从印前版式信息直接得到裁切信息,然后将生成裁切程序传送到支持 CIP4 接口切纸机上,降低了人工测量步骤带来误差,提升了裁切精度和效率。 关键词 JDF;解析;数字印刷;XML 中图分类号 TS73Cutting Software Development Based On JDF Digital WorkflowREN Linghui1, LIU Kai1, ZHANG Haiyan2, HOU Heping2(1.
