大跨径变截面箱型拱式渡槽扣挂法施工技术大跨径变截面箱型拱式渡槽扣挂法施工技术 摘要：箱型拱施工方法常采纳支架法、悬拼法施工。龙场渡槽是大跨度的箱型拱式渡槽，拱跨 200m，拱顶至河水位高差约 242 米，以上两种施工方法均不适用该渡槽箱型拱施工，经讨论，该渡槽主拱圈采纳缆索吊＋挂篮悬臂浇筑的扣挂法新工艺施工。本文详细阐述了扣挂系统总体构造、缆索吊机及塔机系统、塔架系统、扣锚索系统、后锚系统及挂篮系统，可为类似工程提供较好且可靠的借鉴。 关键词：渡槽；箱型拱；扣挂；塔架；扣锚索；后锚；挂篮 Abstract: the construction of the box arch may be the support method, the cantilever construction. Dragon field aqueduct is the large span box arch type aqueduct, arch span of 200 m, vault to the river a difference of about 242 meters, the above two kind of construction method is not applicable to all the aqueduct box arch construction, the research shows that the aqueduct of the main arch ring cable hoisting system + hanging basket cantilever buckle hanging method new process construction. This paper elaborated on button hang system overall structure, cable crane and installing system, tower system, buckle anchor system, after anchor system and the hanging basket system for similar projects to provide better and reliable reference.
