建筑安装工程合同管理的探析建筑安装工程合同管理的探析 【摘要】建筑工程单位在实际经营生产过程中，必须要根据工程承包合同中的要求进行；缺少了建筑合同，那么就无法对工程的后续经营生产实施有效的监督管理，而当双方合同签订之后，建筑单位的一切生产经营计划以及各项经济技术指标都会被纳入到合同的范畴之中。本文主要对当前建筑安装工程项目中合同管理存在的突出问题进行了论述，其次根据存在的问题提出了有效的解决措施，旨在为建筑安装工程项目实施过程中的合同管理提供一定的科学参考与借鉴。 【关键词】建筑安装工程, 合同管理 【Abstract】Construction units in the actual production process, must be carried out in accordance with the engineering contract requirements; the lack of construction contracts, there will not be on the subsequent production of the implementation of the project supervision and management, and when after the two sides signed the contract, the construction unit of all production and operation plans as well as the economic and technical indicators will be into the scope of the contract.
