我国民营民营中小企业融资难现状及对策讨论我国民营民营中小企业融资难现状及对策讨论 【摘 要】民营中小企业作为我国国民经济的组成部分，对我国经济的持续、稳定、协调进展起来的重要作用。我国民营中小企业融资难有自身的原因也有外部原因，自身原因主要有企业经营状况不佳，资金补充能力差，企业管理不法律规范，缺乏抵押资产等等，外部原因主要有政府和银行方面的原因。本文最后提出了对策，主要包括民营中小企业服务机构、信用担保体系、鼓舞金融创新等等。 关键词：民营中小企业;融资;措施 【ABSTRACT】SMEs as an integral part of our national economy, on China's economy sustained, steady and coordinated development they play an important role. SME financing difficulties in our country has its own reasons. For internal reasons, due mainly to have their own business situation, the bad ability to add funds, non-standard enterprise management, and lack of collateral assets and so on, the external main reasons for the Government and the Bank has reasons. This article concludes with countermeasures, including small and medium-sized service providers, credit guarantee system, and encourage financial innovation and so on. Keywords: SMEs; financing; measures 1 引 言 当前，无论在发达国家还是在进展中国家，民营中小企业的数量占企业总数的绝大部分，在产值、销售额、就业人数等方面也都占有很高比重。2025 年在规模以上工业实现利润及其增长速度中，我国集体企业、私营企业当年实现利润分别为 561 亿元和 2948 亿元，同比分别增长 29.5%和 43.6%;在规模以上工业增加值及其增长速度中，我国集体企业、私营企业当年工业增加值为 2558 和15547，同比分别增长 11.6%矛 E1 24.4%。流通领域里民营中小企业占全国零售网点 90%以上;工业企业中从业人数占 80%：工业总产值达 60%以上;外贸出 El 为68.53%：几乎囊括了全部轻工、纺织、玩具、五金等方面的出口创汇。在民营经济比较发达的温州地区，民营中小企业几乎是 100%，国民收入的 90%以上靠民营民营中小企业。总之，民营中小企业在经济生活中的作用正变得日益重要，它是适应社会生产力的进展不可替代的产业组...
