Key words: electric line; Embedded; laying 中图分类号：F416.61 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-2104(2025) 建筑机电安装主要包括高低压配电系统、电力配电系统、照明配电系统、防雷及接地系统、人防电气等。电气管线的预留预埋工作包括强弱电电线导管、接线盒、开关盒预留预埋，电线导管主要为焊接钢管，有少部分 PVC 管；人防防护密闭套管及预留通信、采样检测管等；防雷接地焊接施工及接地点、等电位点、测试点预留；下面就这些方面谈谈机电安装中电气管线的预留预埋工作。 一、电气管线的预留预埋施工准备 （一）混凝土墙内 PVC 管施工准备 1、 作业条件 在土建墙体、梁、柱钢筋绑扎完成后,支立模板前进行。 2、材料要求 PVC 管的材质必须合格,氧指数≥27%,设计有待殊要求时必须符合设计要求。进场材料必须有产品合格证,以及有效的氧指数检测报告。外观检查,管材内外壁光滑,无凸棱凹陷、气泡等缺陷。 用卡尺测量内外径必须符合国家标准,管壁厚度均匀一致。各种附件如灯头盒、开关插座盒、管接头、盒接头、粘合剂等必须使用配套的阻燃制品,同时应有出厂合格证、“CCC”认证标志和认证证书复印件。 3、主要机具 铅笔、钢卷尺、手锤、錾子、钢锯、锯条、半圆锉、弯管弹簧、剪管器、热风机、电...
