水龙头手柄注塑模设计水龙头手柄的注塑模设计 摘 要 塑料制品原料丰富、制作方便和成本低廉，以成本低、质量轻的优势遍及我们生活的每个角落。塑料制品的成型方法很多，其主要是注塑，挤出，压铸和气压成型等。 本设计详细介绍了水龙头手柄的注塑模设计过程。此次注塑模具的设计，模具采纳一模两腔侧浇口，首先进行成型工艺分析及方案的确定；其次是模具的结构设计，成型零件采纳整体嵌入式、脱模机构采纳推杆、合模导向机构用导柱，最后进行温度调节系统、排气系统设计。同时把以前学习的基础课的知识应用到了本次的设计中，还运用了 CAD、Moldflow、Pro/E、EMX 等软件。 关键词：塑料制品，水龙头，水龙头手柄，模具设计 II Design of injection mold for the handle of the water tap ABSTRACT Plastic products rich in raw materials, convenient manufacture and low cost, low in cost, light weight advantages in every corner of our life.
