Housing construction basic selection which involves many factors, because the foundation not appropriate selection, housing construction engineering accident appeared, and to increase the amount of total project cost is often happened. This article analyses the structure design of the building foundation design Key Words: housing building, structure design, basis design 一、前言 随着经济的快速进展，国民生活水平的不断提高，新建筑的建设也随着城市的进展在不断更新。由于房屋建筑功能不断完善，造型上别出心裁，导致工程设计变得愈加复杂化。房屋建筑结构设计的理念着手于讨论强度高、材质轻、环保型的建筑材料，提高房屋建筑的安全性、适用性、合理性，使的房屋建筑结构设计朝着可靠、有用、经济的超高性价比方向进展。 二、基础设计的要求及选型 1.基础设计的要求 （一）高层建筑 高层建筑的特点是层数多，上部结构荷载大，使得基础埋置深度大、在材料的使用上也耗费量大、施工周期较长、工程总造价较高。因此，高层建筑设计时应注意满足以下几点要求。一是基础的总沉降量和差异沉降量应严格遵守法律规范规定的允许值；二是对复合地基或天然地基承载力及桩基承载力的要求要满足；三...
