This paper introduces the characteristics of civil building fire, this paper introduces the importance of fire water supply and drainage for civil buildings. This paper also discuss the problems should be payed attention to in the design of fire control. 【 key words 】 civilian construction, fire, fire protection, drainage design, the problem discussed in this paper 前言 随着社会经济的飞速进展，人们对于居住要求也越来越高，现在民用居住楼房建设中高层居住楼也越来越多。为确保居住楼房的安全，民用建筑的消防给排水设计的重要性也越来越凸显。然而目前楼房建筑由于楼层高、人员复杂、居住人员集中等特点，增加了民用建筑的消防给排水设计的难度。这就要求我们增加对民用建筑的消防给排水设计的讨论，进一步优化现有的消防给排水设计方案，只有这样才能更好的确保人民的生命财产安全。 民用建筑火灾特点 要设计出好的民用建筑消防方案，就得更深一步的了解现代民用楼房的火灾特点，只有这样，才能有针对性的攻克消防难题。综合来看民用建筑的火灾特点一般包括以下几点： 1.楼房人员密集，疏散困难；现代楼房多高层楼房，居民户数较多，且建筑层数多，垂直距离长，这就为疏散居民带来了困难。而且我国目前疏散设备并不先进，现有的登高消防设施不足，并不能满足楼房火灾的人员疏散。一旦发生火灾后果不堪设想。 2.居民建筑楼房一旦着火火势蔓延极快；据测定，在火灾初起阶段，...
