简析高速公路施工安全管理简析高速公路施工安全管理 摘要：高速公路建设的施工安全管理对施工单位来说既是考验又是责任，需要我们建筑施工管理人员不断的探讨、摸索其管理方法。为了确保施工路段的安全，要求我们既要实行流程管理施工行为，又要协调各个方面对施工工程管理力度。在本文中，笔者分析了当前高速公路在建设施工中的安全管理现状，并结合自身工作实际提出了高速公路建设中加强施工安全管理的四点措施，希望能够为加强与提高施工安全管理起到一定的指导作用。 关键词：高速公路；现场施工；安全管理 Abstract: the construction of highway construction safety management of the construction unit both test and responsibility, we need to construction management discussed, grope for its continuous management methods.
