论施工阶段质量监理论施工阶段质量监理 摘要：质量是工程的生命，因此质量控制在全部监理工作中应摆在首要位置。监理工程师必须对整个施工过程进行全面细致的监理，才能使工程满足设计和合同要求，保证工程的质量。本文概述了工程监理及其实施原则，分析了施工阶段质量监理的主要内容，并针对工程中的难点,提出监理在质量控制中的对策。 关键词：工程监理；质量监理 Abstract: quality is the life of the project, so the quality control in all supervision should be in the first position. Supervision engineer must to the whole construction process of the thorough and careful supervision, to make engineering design and contract requirements, ensure the quality of the construction. This paper summarizes the engineering supervision and the principle, the analysis of the construction phase of the main content of the quality supervision, and in the light of the difficulty in the project, and puts forward the countermeasures in supervision quality control. Keywords: engineering supervision, Quality supervision 中图分类号：U415.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-2104（2025） 一、工程监理概述 （一）工程监理 工程监理是指为实施承包合同，由业主组建或选择监理工程师单位依据合同对承包商的生产(进度、质量和投资)进行监督和管理工作。质量是工程的生命，因此质量控制在全部监理工作中应摆在首要位置，常见的监理质量控制手段主要有：停工待检、旁站监督、见证等手段。 （二）监理工作的实施原则 1、监理工作以委托监理合同为依据，实施监理前必须签订书面合同； 工程建设监理实行总监负责制； 应“公正，独立，自主”的开展，维护建设方与不损害承包方的合法权益； 4、建设单位与承包单位之间与建设工程合同有关的联系活动应通过监理单位进行； 被监理单位必须接受监理； 6、严格质量保证体系，凡列入基本建设计划的工程项目，都应实行“政府监督，社会监理，企业自检”的质量保证体系。 二、施工阶段质量监理 （一）监理人员对原材料的控制 原材料进场必须带有出厂合格证，以保证其出厂时是合格产品。进入场地后，施工单位必须向监理报验原材，对主要材料（如钢筋、水泥...
