126abstract 混合煤气净化站电除尘冲洗污水处理王 达,葛 平 (济南钢铁集团总公司设计院,山东济南 250101) 【摘 要】为了实现发电厂清洁生产,节约宝贵的地下水资源,在济钢首次讨论开发出“浊水池→浊水泵→纤维球过滤器→清水池→冲洗供水泵”电除尘冲洗污水处理、再利用新工艺。系统中采纳具有“深层滤料直截了当过滤技术和理想滤料特性”的高效快速“纤维球过滤器”处理电除尘、丝网脱水器除尘污水,工程投资比一般斜板沉淀池节约 20%。应用讲明,“纤维球过滤器”实现了 PLC 自动操纵,出水悬浮物含量小于 5~10mg/L。 【关键词】电除尘;冲洗污水处理;纤维球过滤器;一般斜板沉淀池;悬浮物;效益 Mixed Goal Gas Cleaning Station of Jigang Burning Gas Power Plantthe Development and Application of New Technology Regarding Electrically Getting-away Dust in Washing and Reusing Wasted Water TreatmentWang Da, Ge Ping (Designing institute, Jinan Iron and Steeel Group General Corporation, Jinan 250101, Shandong Province)【 Abstracts 】 In order to achieve cleaning production in power plant and save precious underwater resource, the new technology has been first developed in Jigang that is electrically getting-away dust used to washing and reusing waste water treatment, ie., “feculent water poolfeculent water pump fiber ball-filter clean water poolwashing pump”. That high efficiency and fast “fiber ball filter”treatment electrically getting-away dust with “the technology of fiber materials in deep surface directly filtered and ideal fiber materials feature ” is used in this system.. The investment of this project is saved 20% compared with that of common slanting plate depositing pool.
