317paper 宝钢海底管线用钢的开发和应用郑磊， 高珊， 陆敏（宝山钢铁股份有限公司， 上海 202500）摘要：海洋环境的恶劣对海底管线用钢提出较陆地管线更加严格的质量要求。宝钢开发以热连轧方式生产用于制造直缝埋弧焊管的海底管线用 X65 管线钢板，其产品具有高强度、高韧性和良好的焊接性等综合性能。与陆地管线相比，不仅使焊管横向性能满足 X65 管线管的强度和韧性要求，而且焊管纵向性能也满足 DNV 海底管线用钢的性能要求，可保证海底管线的施工和运营的安全。宝钢开发的海底管线用钢已成功地应用于我国“番禺/惠州”海底管线。关键词：海底管线；直缝埋弧焊管；高强度；高韧性；管线钢Development and Application of Submarine pipeline steelZHENG Lei, GAO Shan, LU Min(Baoshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd., Shanghai 202500, China)Abstract: The quality requirement of offshore pipeline is much stricter than that of onshore pipeline as harsh offshore environment. The X65 grade pipeline steel used for LSAW submarine line pipe has been developed at Baosteel, which is produced by hot continuum rolling processing. The steel is high strength, high toughness and good weldability. Comparing to onshore pipeline steel, after pipe-making by using the steel ， not only the transverse strength and toughness of the pipe can meet the requirements of the specification, but also the longitudinal properties of the pipe can meet the DNV submarine pipeline standard and the requirements for the safety of laying and operation of submarine pipeline.
