摘 要本工程为***综合楼,建筑面积约 6811.19㎡,主体部分建筑高度为 19.950 米,长 58.84 米,宽为 18.44 米。本工程由市级建筑公司承建,混凝土由搅拌站提供。基于该工程的建筑场地位于 7 度(0.15g)抗震区,在结构设计部分也相应地进行了三级抗震计算。该地区的基本风压值:0.45,基本雪压值:0.35。本次毕业设计包括建筑设计和结构设计,根据建筑法律规范的有关规定,我们采纳钢筋混凝土的框架结构方案。对于结构设计部分,我们首先计算了该建筑的水平荷载及其作用下的框架内力,即地震力作用,主要包括重力代表值计算,梁柱的抗侧移刚度计算,自振周期计算等等。其次,进行竖向荷载与框架内力的计算,主要包括恒载、活载作用下框架的弯矩、剪力、轴力计算,并对相应的数据进行了调幅,体现我们建筑中强调的“强柱弱梁”原则。再次,进行框架的内力组合,配筋计算,包括主筋和箍筋,所有的配筋都满足最小配筋率的要求。最后,我们还进行了基础截面的设计和配筋,以及楼梯和一些零星构件的设计。本次设计先进行手工计算,之后借助于 PKPM 软件对整个结构体系进行了电算。关键词:建筑设计 结构设计 框架结构AbstractThis works for the modern office building the Gear Co., Ltd of Jiangsu. The area is about 6811.19㎡, The height of the main boay is about 19.95meters and its length and width are about 58.84 meters and18.44 meters. This project have been accepted to be constructed by the municipal class company, the concrete is offered by agitation station. Since the constration of this project is located on the seismic area of 70 grade(0.15g), the third seismic-resisted resis design is carried on in our structure design.
