Lower temperature, rich oxygen, bad combustion of reprocessing oil, thoroughly unburn-off of combustible matter collected on tail part However “secondary combustion” occurred when the heat released, which were caused low temperature super-heater overheating. Therefore, air register was turned 100mm(50%)into 130mm(65%), inner-outer secondary air ratio was changed, secondary air box differential pressure was increased to 1.2~1.4kPa, air was controlled between 756 ~ 900t/h, meanwhile, measurements were taken by improving reprocessing oil combustion, increasing oil to 22 ~ 25t/h before coal combustion, improved furnace temperature, slowly open load door for reducing thermal increasing rate when the first mill operating, shutting down grading air and increasing upper air, lowering flame centre, enhancing horizontal and tail fl...
