后张法预应力混凝土箱梁施工工艺探讨后张法预应力混凝土箱梁施工工艺探讨 中图分类号:U416.216 文献标识码: A 文章编号: 摘要:近年来预应力混凝土得到了广泛的应用,通过对钢筋进行张拉、锚固、放张等方法,使混凝土获得预应力,产生一定的压缩变形。预制构件受力后的拉伸首先与压缩变形抵消,随着外力的增加,混凝土才继续被拉伸,这就延缓了裂缝的出现。后张法便是预应力混凝土预制梁生产常用的方法,张拉前需要完成预留孔道、穿束等工作,张拉后需要完成封锚、压浆等工作,张拉过程采纳张拉应力和伸长值双控,预制梁经养护后进行安装。本文结合作者多年从事预应力箱梁施工的经验,对后张法预应力箱梁预制施工工艺进行了分析,并提出了应注意的事项。 关键词: 后张法;预应力箱梁;预制; 分析 Abstract: in recent years prestressed concrete a wide range of applications, through to the reinforced in tension and anchoring, put zhang, the method for prestressed concrete, produce certain compression deformation.
