Theoretical analysis of the adsorption refrigeration which is applied in the mine rescue capsule is studied in this paper. Meanwhile, comparing the adsorption refrigeration with other technologies which is applied in rescue capsule, we can catch the advances and shortcoming of the adsorption refrigeration, the result show the adsorption refrigeration can use in the mine rescue capsule in the theory. The text show the theory how to use about the adsorption refrigeration .Meanwhile, the problems were showed when adsorption refrigeration may appear in the fact use.
