TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION QUALITY OF BUILDING GRADE & FOUNDATIONS1KEY POINTS OF QUALITY CONTROL1.1Basic construction conditions of building foundations1.1.1Geotechnical exploration data of rock and earth engineering.1.1.2The design document and other technical documents are available, the construction drawings have been jointly checked up, the necessary technical delivery and training have been accomplished.1.2Earthwork 1.2.1General requirement:(1) Balance calculation on excavating and filling should be accomplished before earthwork construction, considering minimum transporting distance, reasonable transporting path and reasonable construction procedure and other factors synthetically, properly allocate the earthwork, reduce repeated excavation and transportation. (2) Ground drainage and dewatering should be done before excavation(3) The gradient of the site surface should be in accordance with designing requirement, if without specific requirement, the gradient of drainage direction should not be less than 2‰. The site surface should be checked per point. Set one checking point every 100~400m2, and check points should not be less than 10 points; set 1 point every 20m at length, width and edge slope, not less than 1 point each side. (4) The plan position, level elevation and side slope grade should be measured often during earthwork construction. Reliable protecting measurement should be applied to plan-control piling and level-control point, and check or review should be done periodically.
