浅谈 EPC 项目物资采购质量管理浅谈 EPC 项目物资采购质量管理 摘要：工程类 EPC 项目设备材料采购费用约占项目总体费用的60%，采购质量的优劣，会直接影响生产项目工程产品的质量，也对降低产品成本、及时、安全地组织物资供应，保障项目施工生产顺利进行等方面都具有重要意义。本文通过分析中国工程企业在国际化进程中在物资采购质量管理方面存在的主要问题，提出具体的应对措施，并对 EPC 项目如何提升物资采购质量管理提出了一些建议。 关键词：采购质量;管理机制;管理理念;质量意识 Abstract: Engineering EPC project equipment and materials procurement costs account for about 60% of the cost of the overall project, procurement quality, will directly affect the production projects, the quality of the products, but also to reduce the product cost, timely, safe organization of material supply, all has the vital significance to guarantee the project construction production smoothly. In this paper, through the analysis of the main problems existing in Chinese construction enterprise material purchase quality management in the process of internationalization, put forward specific measures, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the purchasing quality management of EPC project.
