浅谈建筑施工现场管理浅谈建筑施工现场管理 摘要：施工管理作为一项复杂的工程，它在建筑工程中既是工程项目管理的核心，又是确保建筑工程质量和安全施工的关键。它对工程的进度、质量的好坏以及造价和资源是否得到合理利用都有着直接的影响。而一个工程的施工现场管理的好坏则直接体现着整个建筑工程施工管理的好坏。本文仅从建筑施工现场管理的重要性、内容以及一些措施入手，对建筑工程施工现场管理进行一些探究。 关键词: 建筑工程施工现场;管理 Abstract: The construction management is a complex project; it is not only is the core of the architectural engineering project management, it is also the key to ensure the quality and safety of construction projects construction.
