浅谈聚苯板外墙保温施工关键点浅谈聚苯板外墙保温施工关键点 摘要：聚苯乙烯泡沫板由于热导率小、保温性能好, 已经广泛应用于不同外墙外保温系统。在工程上应用，可为国家节约大量的能源，大大减少 CO2、SO2 等有害气体的排放，减少大气污染。下面是就具体的工程制定外墙保温的施工方案。以某建筑工程为例, 就外墙外保温的材料组成、施工要求、工艺流程、细部做法、安全措施、节约材料、文明施工等施工要点作进一步的阐述, 以了解外墙外保温的工作流程, 提高外墙外保温系统的施工质量。 关键词：外墙外保温；聚苯板；施工要点 Abstract: Polystyrene foam plate with small thermal conductivity, good insulation properties, has been widely used in different exterior insulation system. The following is the construction project of exterior wall thermal insulation of concrete engineering. Taking a construction project as an example, external wall thermal insulation materials, construction requirements, process flow, detail, material saving, safety measures, civilization construction and construction points for further elaboration, in order to understand the external wall thermal insulation work flow, improve the construction quality of external thermal insulation system. Key words: exterior insulation polystyrene board; construction; 中图分类号：TU71 1 工程概况 某医院综合楼本工程建筑面积 36000m2，16 层框架剪力墙结构，本工程楼体外墙采纳聚苯板为主要保温隔热材料，以胶黏剂黏结、铆钉铆固结合方式与墙身固定，抗裂砂浆复合耐碱玻纤网格布为保护增强层、涂料饰面的防水外墙保温系统。 2 施工要求及条件 （1）经业主、监理联合验收的该楼外墙体（可分段进行）垂直、平整度满足法律规范要求，门窗框安装到位，飘窗、阳台栏板、挑檐等突出墙面部位尺寸合格，办理交接单后即可进行施工。 （2）雨天施工时，须实行有效防雨措施，防止雨水冲刷刚施工完但黏结砂浆或面层聚合物砂浆尚未初凝的墙面。 （3）施工现场环境温度及找平层表面温度在施工中及施工后24 h 内均不得低于 5℃，风力≤5 级。 （4）外墙保温伸缩缝沿建筑物高度每 4 层设置一道，即在4、8、12 层...
