Therefore, the “Steam Boiler Safety Technology Supervisory Regulations” (LaoRenGuo [1987] No.4) issued by the former Ministry of Labor and Personnel cannot meet current requirements for the supervisory of safety and technology. Therefore, we have revised the original regulations thoroughly on the basis of making extensive investigations and soliciting experts’ opinions.
