铬渣及其解毒与资源化探讨杨丽芳1 王 喆 2 王宜明 3(1.昆明理工大学,云南 昆明 650093;2.昆明市妇幼保健院,云南 昆明 650031;3.昆明冶金高等专科学校,云南 昆明 650033)摘要 通过对中国和世界铬资源的贮量和需求的现状与增长,铬与含铬产品对现代经济进展的作用,以及其生产工艺和“三废”排放、危害与治理的现状与改进等情况入手,以科学进展观为指导,推动循环经济进展为导向,探讨实现“铬渣解毒”与资源化相结合的工艺,即利用“干法”与“湿法”解毒技术,并结合微波诱导变异、细菌浸出,还原固化,综合回收与利用,最终达到以循环经济模式实现铬资源的充分综合利用。关键词 铬资源与利用 “三废”污染 铬渣解毒与资源化 循环经济模式Discussion on detoxification and reclamation of residue with chromium Yang Lifang1, Wang Zhe2, Wang Yiming3. Kunming Metallary College,Kunming Yunnan 650033)Abstract: According to the number of chromium resource stockpiled and demanded and the action of chromium & chromium product to modern economic,this paper discusses the processes about detoxification of residue with chromium linked with reclaiming. This paper is related with producing processes and jeopardize, actuality & mend of three-wastes. The process recommended by this paper is a technology combine “dry means” with “wet means”, which is combined with abduction and variance of microwave and lixiviate of bacteria and solidifying with deoxidization and synthetically reclaiming & using.
