高速公路工程造价控制与管理浅析高速公路工程造价控制与管理浅析 摘要：近几年，在国家宏观政策的调控下，我国高速公路建设取得了很大的成果，在管理上也积累了一定的经验，但随着市场经济的进一步进展和完善也暴露出一些问题，如高速公路建筑市场的管理还不够法律规范，工程质量问题时有发生，特别是高速公路工程造价偏高的问题一直未得到有效整治。本文从公路工程造价的现状，存在问题的原因，造价控制要点等方面阐述了高速公路工程造价的控制与管理。 关键词：公路工程；造价控制与管理；工程变更 Abstract: in recent years, in the national macroeconomic regulation and control policy, China's highway construction has made great achievements, the management also accumulated a certain amount of experience, but along with the further development of market economy and perfect also exposed some problems, such as highway construction market management is not standard, engineering quality problem happen from time to tome, especially highway engineering cost is on the high side of the issue has not been effective improvement. In this paper the present situation of the highway engineering cost, the reason of present problem, cost control points, this paper describes highway engineering cost control and management.
