公路施工图设计摘 要本毕业设计为公路施工图设计。福白公路起于福田寺，止于白螺，是一条平原区二级公路,双向两车道，设计时速 60km/h,设计里程约 7。1km。本毕业设计要求基于实测地形图以及相关的补充资料，根据道路勘测设计基本原则以及路基路面工程基本理论，综合考虑当地的技术和经济条件，严格根据施工图设计过程进行独立作业,主要包括路线设计、路面结构设计以及路基处理方案设计，各项技术指标均要满足相关法律规范的要求。本设计运用纬地 5.88 道路设计软件进行道路路线设计。本设计标段全线总长7304。526m。该路线包含 3 个平曲线，最大半径 340m，最小半径 270m;9 个竖曲线，最大半径 18200m，最小半径 12600m；1 座沿途构造物桥梁。路基宽度 10m（土路肩0。75m×2,硬路肩 0.75m×2，行车道 3。5m×2）,双向两车道。不设超高路段的行车道及硬路肩路拱横坡采纳 2.0％，土路肩路拱横坡 3。0％。设计填方总量 35782m3，挖方总量 36530m3，填挖基本平衡，且路基稳定性好，不需设置挡土墙,主要采纳植物防护。本设计运用 HPDS 路面设计软件进行路面结构设计。路面材料采纳沥青混凝土结构，选用沥青混凝土材料.路面上面层采纳 4cm 厚的细粒式沥青混凝土 AC-13,下面层采纳 6cm 厚的中粒式沥青混凝土 AC-20，基层采纳 20cm 厚的水泥稳定碎石，垫层采纳20cm 厚的水泥粉煤灰碎石。关键词：施工图设计；平原区二级公路；路面结构设计;纵断面设计;横断面设计；沥青路面设计The construction drawing design of the Fu Bai second-class highwayABSTRACTThe graduation design is the construction diagram design of Fu Bai second-class highway.
