构筑我国商业银行风险预警体系摘要：风险预警就是对金融运行过程中可能发生的资产损失及金融体系遭破坏的可能性进行分析、预报，为金融安全运行提供对策和建议。从我国金融体制来看，我国金融体系正处于大调整时期，未来几年，一方面是金融机构资产质量差，资本充足率不到位、公司治理结构不建全等问题短期内无法解决；另一方面是我国已加入 WTO，商业银行直接面对国外金融游资的冲击，因此，建立有效的风险预警体系，强化整体风险管理显得尤为迫切。关键词：商业银行 风险预警 对策Abstract: the risk early warning of financial operation may occur in the process of loss of assets and financial system damage analyzed the possibility, for the safe running of financial forecast, offer countermeasure and proposal.
