The more information, the better.形容词和副词的最高级1. 形容词和副词的最高级的构成形容词和副词最高级的规则变化：（ 1 ）单音节词末尾加 -est ： eg: great → greatest small → smallest（ 2 ）单音节若以 e 结尾，只加 -st ： eg: fine → finest nice → nicest wide → widest（ 3 ）重读闭音节单音节词若末尾只有一个辅音 字母，须先双写这个辅音字母，再加 -est ： eg: big → biggest hot → hottest red → reddest（ 4 ）以辅音字母 +y 结尾的词，则变 y 为 -i ，再加 -est ： eg: busy → busiest easy → easiest（ 5 ）大部分双音节词和多音节词，在词前加 most： eg: careful → most careful slowly → most slowly 不规则变化 :eg ： much/ many→most good/ well→best little/ few→least bad/ badly→worst 最高级用于三者或三者以上的人或事（物）之间的比较。 在句中常含有表示比较范围的介词 of/ among 或 in ； of/ among 后面一般接表示一群人或事物的代词或名词， in 后面一般接表示单位或场所的名词。2. 形容词和副词的最高级的用法eg ：比尔是我们中最高的男孩。 Bill is the tallest boy of us. 简在我们班拥有的朋友最多。 Jane has the most friends in our class.【注意】最高级前是否加定冠词 the 要视具体情况而定。总的原则：形容词的最高级前一定要加定冠词 the ；副词的最高级前可加，也可不加。（ 1 ）序数词后用最高级。在表达“第几（长、大、远……）”时，序数词后用形容词的最高级形式。eg ：黄河是中国的第二长河。 The Yellow River is the second longest river in China.最高级的三个特殊用法：（ 2 ）在表达“最……的……...
