大学生校外租房现象调查研究摘 要近年来，大学生租房热的现象持续升温，“禁租令”对大学生租房现象没有起到很大的作用，但是大学生校外租房存在着较大的安全隐患。要加强大学生校外租房管理，需要对大学生租房因素进行探究。本文结合问卷分析法，对大学生校外租房进行调查，综合对相关数据的分析探析大学生租房的影响因素，及大学生校外租房存在的问题，在此基础上提出改善大学生校外租房现象的建议。关键词：大学生；校外租房；禁租令AbstractIn recent years, the phenomenon of College Students' renting hot has been warming up. The "ban on rent" has not played a great role in the phenomenon of College Students' renting, but there is a great potential safety hazard for college students. In order to strengthen the management of College Students' renting outside school, it is necessary to explore the factors of College Students' renting.
