电子商务中网络隐私权的保护及法律完善摘要：信息电子时代，电子商务迅猛发展。电子商务在给人们的生活提供极大便利、推动经济发展、社会进步的同时也伴随着消费者合法权益遭到侵害的事件。电子商务中个人隐私权利用的价值更大，不法分子盗窃他人隐私权攫取不正当利益。但是我国关于该方面的立法工作并不能满足消费者保护隐私权的需要，相关部门应该加快出台电子商务中网络隐私权保护的法律法规。关键词：电子商务、互联网技术、消费者、隐私权、法律法规AbstractIn the era of information and electronics, the rapid development of e-commerce.
