广州市增城区城市社区管理存在的问题及对策摘要：社区是人们生活的重要场所，在这里人们之间相互交往，与他人进行沟通，表达自己所追求的利益。同时社区之中存在着大量社会问题。这些社会问题给基层社会管理带来了较大挑战。社区承载着诸多社会化功能。一座城市分成多个社区，在这些社区中生活着大量居民，城市社区的管理与居民的生活心相关。在本文中以城市社区管理为研究对象，采取问卷调查的方法对广州增城区目前的管理问题进行分析，梳理该城市社区在管理过程中存在的问题，并结合相关理论对这些问题进行探讨。最后，有针对性的提出解决方案。希望通过本文的研究，能为广州市增城区加强社区管理提供借鉴。关键词：社区，社区管理，治理Problems and Countermeasures of Urban Community Management in Zengcheng District of Guangzhou CityAbstract ： Community is not only an important platform for people to communicate and express their interests, but also the most extensive field for social problems to gather and highlight.
