广州市增城区城市社区管理存在的问题及对策分析研究 行政管理专业

广州市增城区城市社区管理存在的问题及对策摘要：社区是人们生活的重要场所，在这里人们之间相互交往，与他人进行沟通，表达自己所追求的利益。同时社区之中存在着大量社会问题。这些社会问题给基层社会管理带来了较大挑战。社区承载着诸多社会化功能。一座城市分成多个社区，在这些社区中生活着大量居民，城市社区的管理与居民的生活心相关。在本文中以城市社区管理为研究对象，采取问卷调查的方法对广州增城区目前的管理问题进行分析，梳理该城市社区在管理过程中存在的问题，并结合相关理论对这些问题进行探讨。最后，有针对性的提出解决方案。希望通过本文的研究，能为广州市增城区加强社区管理提供借鉴。关键词：社区，社区管理，治理Problems and Countermeasures of Urban Community Management in Zengcheng District of Guangzhou CityAbstract ： Community is not only an important platform for people to communicate and express their interests, but also the most extensive field for social problems to gather and highlight. Grass-roots social management is becoming more and more important and difficult. Therefore, the community has become a more and more social function carrier. This paper takes community management as the research object, because community is the basic unit of a city, which is closely related to the daily life of urban residents and plays a decisive role in the lives of citizens. Based on the theory of governance, this paper studies and discusses the main problems and corresponding countermeasures in urban community management in Zengcheng District of Guangzhou City by using the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey.
