摘 要最近几年，郑州呈现出经济地位上升、对外开放水平增强、人民生活水平质量提高等良好的态势。国家果断做出郑州建设国家中心城市的战略，而政府立即抓住战略时机，利用国际物流中心建设进一步完善国家中心城市建设。因此，郑州必须倾尽全力建设国际物流中心，促进物流业的快速发展和转型升级，充分发挥出开源节流的作用，增强郑州整体经济实力。在国家中心城市视阈下，郑州建设国际物流中心存在哪些优势和问题，并为其提出建设对策？这将是本文所要研究并解决的一大问题。因此，本文从 3 个角度分析了郑州国际物流中心建设现状分析，利用对郑州国家中心建设目标分析，引出并认真研究出郑州建设国际物流中心所拥有的区位、人口、战略叠加政策等优势，以及存在郑州综合交通枢纽建设有待完善、多式联运发展有待加强、物流产业体系构建不完善、中小型物流企业转型升级难度大、物流信息化建设存在滞后性、缺乏复合型物流人才的主要问题。然后对孟菲斯、新加坡发展国际物流中心的现状进行全面分析，总结其经验启示，为郑州建设国际物流中心提供有价值的意见。在此基础上，对郑州国际物流中心建设中存在的主要问题，给出有用的建设对策。本文可以更好的将国家中心城市与国际物流中心二者的研究融合在一起。为以后不同学者研究此内容提供理论依据，也可以为不同国家、地区建设国际物流中心时，就存在的问题提供一些有用的意见。关键词：国家中心城市；郑州国际物流中心；建设对策AbstractIn recent years, Zhengzhou has shown a good momentum in its economic status, its openness to the outside world and its quality of life.
