国内高星级度假酒店康乐部经营与管理问题的探讨——以三亚万豪度假酒店为例摘要：近几年，国内康乐业发展快速，康乐部在各高星级酒店的地位越来越明显，特别是度假型的高星级酒店，酒店管理者更加重视对康乐部的发展和管理。本文针对高星级度假酒店中康乐部发展的情况，概括高出星级度假酒店康乐部的发展现状和问题，并以三亚万豪度假酒店为例展开说明，从部门员工培训，加大康乐产品宣传，创新康乐产品销售方式，加强部门协调能力，重视部门员工五方面对高星级度假酒店中康乐部存在的问题提出解决对策。关键词：国内酒店业；高星级度假酒店；康乐部；经营与管理Abstract ： Rapid development of Recreation Industry in recent years，Recreation Department in all starred hotels, especially the Star Holiday Resort, the status of more and more obvious.，Hotel managers pay more attention to the development and management of Recreation Department.
