摘 要随着海南的改革开放，国际旅游岛的大力推进，社会经济得到飞速发展。城镇化进程的迅猛推进，外省劳动力的大量流入城市，为海南的发展起到了推动作用。与此同时大量的流动人口急剧增加，外来务工子女的高考教育诉求迫使着海南省不断改革异地高考政策。而根据中国的高考户籍制度的规定，在海南工作、学习、生活的大量流动人口的子女并不能在海南参加高考，而只能回户口所在地参加高考，造成了一定程度的教育不公平。另外，上述的这些回户籍所在地参加高考的人员与当地高考民众也发生一定的冲突，这也是造成海南省不断改革异地高考政策的原因。本论文结合海南的发展背景，围绕外来务工人员随迁子女异地高考政策实施的核心矛盾层层展开研究。论文以海南省的异地高考变迁问题为研究对象和内容，对产生的问题进行思考，总结海南省异地高考政策变迁的困境，随迁子女的异地高考对本地考生的冲击。分析建立异地高考制度的原因，并针对破解这样的原因提出了针对性的建议，以期为海南省异地高考制度的改革提供理论支持和帮助。关键词:当地子女 ，随迁子女，异地高考政策AbstractAlong with the reform and opening up in hainan, vigorously promote the international tourism island, social and economic rapid development.
