摘 要我国是一个以种植业为主的国家，种植业的经济发展已经成为国家经济发展的重点，成为社会发展的动力。不断实现种植业的发展，发展农村地区的经济已经成为国家发展建设的工作重点，成为农民发展致富的一个重中之重。本文先对于黑龙江的种植业保险现状进行研究，然后使用文献综合研究办法,借鉴相关书籍,对国内外有关种植业保险实际情况进行了分析，找出存在的问题并提出相应的解决方案，从而希望能改善黑龙江种植业保险的现状。关键词：种植业保险；种植业；黑龙江AbstractChina is a country dominated by planting, the economic development of planting industry has become the focus of national economic development and become the driving force of social development.With the development of planting industry, the development of economy in rural areas has become the focus of national development and construction, and has become a top priority for farmers to develop and become rich. This paper first studies the current situation of crop insurance in Heilongjiang. Then using the comprehensive research method of literature, referring to the relevant books, the paper analyzes the actual situation of the domestic and foreign planting industry insurance, finds out the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
