毕业论文中文摘要云南省是多民族聚居地区,少数民族干部的数量占到全省干部数量的三分之一,事关民族地区的稳定繁荣,因此少数民族干部是群众和政府之间沟通的主要桥梁,具有十分重要的意义。本次论文以云南农村干部学院 3 月份第一批基层少数民族干部培训班学员为调查对象进行调查研究,采取问卷调查、会议研讨的方式,收集 110 名受训学员对当地培训管理工作的评价及建议,通过与 5 名学员采用一对一行为事件访谈,结合专家意见法收集云南少数民族干部的胜任力特征的数据资料,构建以提升胜任力为导向的培训管理体系。通过本次调查研究,本文对现有培训管理提出的改进对策是:建立科学系统的培训管理体系、加强组织需求、岗位需求的培训需求分析、坚持系统思维,实施少数民族干部分类分级管理、加强参与式教学方法的运用、建立基于胜任力提升为导向的四级培训评估机制,促进干部培训成果化。本文目的在于探索云南少数民族干部培训现状,并以此为视角来推断整个云南省的少数民族干部培训情况,结合当前云南少数民族干部培训管理的情况,针对突出问题提出建议和改进对策,优化培训过程,真正提升少数民族干部领导能力。关键词:胜任力模型、少数民族干部、培训管理 毕业论文外文摘要Title Based on the competent model of Yunnan minority cadres training management researchAbstractYunnan province is a multi-ethnic area where cadres of ethnic minorities live in compact communities.
