摘 要目前，我国农产品出口不断遭遇技术性贸易壁垒，形势十分严峻。本文首先对技术性贸易壁垒的概念进行了简单的介绍，然后根据国家统计局的数据对我国农产品出口现状进行了调查研究，分析了技术性贸易壁垒对我国农产品在出口贸易方面的积极作用和消极作用，技术性贸易壁垒的存在既有有利的一面，也有不利的一面。然后通过分析得出我国农产品出口频繁遭遇技术性的原因，除了产品本身质量水平较低之外，还有政府，企业和行业协会这三个主体方面的原因。本文针对出口企业、国家政府和行业协会三个方面，提出了如何应对技术性贸易壁垒的相关建议，希望通过理论与分析，提出适合我国国情的切实可行的应对策略。关键词：技术性贸易壁垒；农产品出口；TBT 通报AbstractAt present, China's agricultural products exports continue to encounter technical barriers to trade, the situation is very serious. this paper expounds the relevant theory of technical barriers to trade, using the statistics of agricultural products export data, analysis of China's agricultural products export trade status, research on the impact of technical barriers to trade on China's agricultural exports.
