建筑屋面防水渗漏的原因及防治措施分析研究 土木工程管理专业

摘 要屋面防水工程是建筑工程体系的重要组成部分，屋面防水施工质量直接影响建筑工程的适用性和耐久性。长期以来，屋面防水渗漏问题给建筑工程施工企业带来很大的困扰，也一直是建筑领域关注和研究的问题。本人结合自己的工程实践经验从原材料、设计、施工、管理四个方面对建筑屋面防水渗漏原因进行了浅谈，并提出了相应的防水渗漏防治措施。望能够对相关的建筑工程施工单位提供理论参考和技术支持。关键词 建筑屋面；防水渗漏；原因；防治措施AbstractRoof waterproof engineering is an important part of constructing engineering system. The quality of roof waterproof construction directly affect the applicability and durability of building engineering. Waterproof roofage leakage has bring big trouble to the building engineering construction enterprises for a long time,which is also the subject concerned and researched in the field of construction.
