晋城市动漫产业人才培养现状及路径探究分析研究 公共实业管理专业

摘 要随着多媒体、动画、三维技术等产业迅速发展，加剧了对动漫创意人才的需求，而我国动漫创意专业人才的缺乏，制约着我国动漫产业的快速发展。鉴于此，本文首先简述国内外学者对动漫产业的研究，及我国动漫产业概述，然后对晋城市动漫产业人才培养现状进行分析，指出其存在的问题，接着介绍了国际动漫产业人才的培养经验，最后提出晋城动漫产业人才培养的路径建议，希望政府重视人才建设，吸引人才，留住人才；同时加强产学研教学模式的建立，加大师资力量的投入，不断加大晋城市动漫产业人才的培养力度，促进人才培育的健康发展，为晋城动漫产业的发展提供人力保障，是具有现实意义的研究课题。关键词：动漫创意；人才培养；产学研模式AbstractWith multimedia, animation, 3D technology and other industries developed rapidly, increasing the demand for animation and creative talent, and our lack of animation and creative professionals, which restricts the rapid development of China's animation industry.
