论食品安全监管的行政问责研究摘要：随着人民生活水平的不断提高，与食品相关的行业近年来更是呈现百花盛放的繁荣局面。但是，各种食品安全方面的重大事件也不断的出现，给人民的健康安全带来了极大的威胁，给国家和人民的利益造成了极大的损失。食品安全现状已经引起越来越广泛的社会关注。如何保障食品安全、提高监管力度，成为了全社会着重关注的一个问题。因此，探讨食品安全监管领域的行政问责制度具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文首先对食品安全监管行政问责相关概念进行概述，其次对我国食品安全监管的行政问责现状进行分析，先对我国食品安全监管的现实环境，并对我国食品安全监管行政问责的相关案例进行分析，总结出近年来我国食品安全监管行政问责取得的进展；再次总结归纳出我国食品安全监管行政问责存在的主要问题；最后提出完善我国食品安全监管行政问责制的建议。希望通过本文的研究，能使我国食品安全监管体系和行政问责制更好的结合在一起，在食品安全方面发挥更重要的作用。关键词：食品安全；食品安全监管；行政问责AbstractWith the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the food-related industry has been prosperous in recent years.
