宁波市利用外资现状及对策Present situation and Countermeasures of foreign capital utilization in Ningbo City 摘要位于长江三角洲南部的宁波既是重要的工业港口城市，又是一个历史悠久的对外贸易口岸。宁波市利用外资总量较多，但与利用外资先进城市仍有较大差距。改革开放以来，宁波作为首批对外开放沿海城市，在利用外资促进经济发展方面取得巨大的成就。宁波市利用外资情况，作为一个研究标本，是具有非常重要的意义的。本文从宁波市利用外资的现状和特征入手，指出了宁波市当前在利用外资方面所存在的问题，并予以了梳理，进行了深刻分析。因此，本文研究重点是对宁波利用外商直接投资的现状和存在的问题进行分析，对于宁波进一步提高和利用外资的质量和水平、促进产业结构的优化升级的重要意义进行了讨论，并提出了三个解决对策，分别是加快行业利用外资，必须转变观念，提高认识，积极探索行业利用外资新领域，不断完善投资环境，营造有利于外资公平竞争的氛围。关键词：宁波市；利用外资；对策AbstractIn the south of the Yangtze river delta is an important industrial port city of ningbo, is a foreign trade port with a long history.
