大连海事大学毕业论文二○○九年三月┊┊┊┊┊┊┊装┊┊┊┊┊┊┊订┊┊┊┊我国物流园区发展现状与对策研究专业班级：物流管理姓名：万应钰指导教师：孙家庆继续教育学院摘要当前物流业飞速发展，物流园区是物流发展到一定阶段的必然产物。各地己经掀起一股规划建设物流园区的热潮。我国各地政府也都在积极规划建设物流园区，但是我国的物流园区规划还远没有达到一个真正物流园区的标准。目前，物流园仍是我国物流业发展中的一大薄弱环节，适用于我国的物流园区规划理论的研究还很不成熟，主要集中在概念的界定、定性分析以及选址问题上。而对物流园区规划理论中非常重要的组成部分：物流园区规模优化以及物流园区与交通布局匹配的问题研究较少。从而导致出现了盲目建设物流园区，建成后又大量空置的现象。截止2008年，正式运营的物流园区逐渐增多，物流基地逐步开始从规划建设向实际运营转变。在这个过程中，一方面需要政府对物流基地的发展进行必要的引导，另一方面物流基地的运营商要以客户为导向大胆创新。本文首先介绍了我国物流园区发展现状与对策研究这一论题的选题背景及意义，然后是物流园区的概述及产生的背景依据，从而为探讨我国物流园区的规划建设，发展现状及物流园区存在的主要问题分析奠定理论和实践基础，在此基础上提出了完善我国物流园区的相关建议。关键词：物流园区；发展现状；建议AbstractAtpresent,thelogisticsindustrydevelopsrapidly,logisticsregionisacertainstageproductionofthelogisticsdevelopment.Ourlocalgovernmentsalsoactivelyplanconstructionoflogisticsregion,allpartsinourcountryhaveapopulationofconstructionplanninglogisticsregion.However,logisticsregionplanninginourcountryisfarfromatruelogisticsregionstandard,atpresent,logisticsregionisstillamajorweakaspectinthedevelopmentofthelogisticsindustryinourcountry.Thetheoryresearchthatisapplytoourcountry’slogisticsregionplanningisstillimmature,andmainlyconcentratedinthedefinitionoftheconcept,aqualitativeanalysisaswellasquestionsonthesite;buttotheveryimportantcomponentinthelogisticsregionplanningtheory-theresearchoftheproblemoftheplanningoptimizeoflogisticsregionandmatchingwithtrafficlayoutisless.Thereby,itresultsinbuildinglogisticsregionblindly,andshowavacancyproblemafterfinishingbuilding.Upto2008,theofficialoperatingofthelogisticsregionsarebecomingmoreandmore,logisticsbasegraduallychangefromplanconstructiontotheactualoperating.Inthisprocess,ontheonehand,theGovernmentshouldgivenecessaryguidancetothedevelopmentoflogisticsbase,ontheotherhand,thelogisticsbaseoperatorsshouldinnovateboldlybasedoncustomers.Thispaperfirstintroducesthebackgroundandthemeaningofthetopicofpresentdevelopmentandmeasureresearchofthelogisticsinourcountry,andthenintroducesanoverviewofthelogisticsregionandbackgroundbasisofitsproduction,soastoexploreplanningconstruction,thepresentdevelopmentandprospectsoflogisticsregioninourcountry,andtomakeafoundationoftheoryandpracticeformainproblemsanalysisthatexitinlogisticsregioninourcountry,onthebasisofallthese,thepaperproposesrelevantrecommendationstoimprovethealogisticsregioninourcountry.KeyWords：LogisticsPark；PresentSituation；Suggestion目录第1章绪论.....................................................................................................................11.1论文选题背景与意义........................................................................................11.1.1选题背景..................................................................................................11.1.2研究目的及意义......................................................................................2...
