*******甲醇项目—加压气化脚手架工程施工技术方案编制:审核:批准:年月日目录1.编制依据····································································12.工程概况····································································13.施工准备····································································44.脚手架工程主要施工方法···············································45.安全质量组织机构························································56.安全技术要求······························································57.质量控制··································································218.事故应急救援预案······················································229、资源配置·································································2010、安全文明施工要求···················································2411、监测监控………………………………………………………2112、使用保养………………………………………………………2213、脚手架计算书…………………………………………………231.编制依据1.1*****甲醇项目,加压气化蓝图。1.2现行施工验收规程及规范:《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》JGJ130-2011《施工现场临时用电安全技术规范》JGJ46-2005《建筑施工手册第四版》《建筑工程高处作业安全技术规范》JGJ80-91《安全网》GB5725-2009住房和城乡建设部关于印发《危险性较大的分部分项工程安全管理办法》建质(2009)87号1.3******公司《质量手册》及各种《程序文件》2.工程概况2.1、加压气化厂房是*****甲醇项目的主体建筑工程,主体结构轴线尺寸为:95.21m(长)×31.4m(宽),混凝土结构框架标高为49.90m,实际高度为52.25m。2.1.1厂房脚手架平面示意图2.1.2厂房脚手架立面示意图2.1.3脚手架剖面示意图2.2为确安全、优质、高效完成该项工程,特编制该脚手架施工方案。3.施工准备3.1材料准备3.1.1钢管杆件采用外径48㎜、壁厚3.5㎜的焊接钢管;钢管应有产品质量合格证、质量检验报告;钢管表面应平直光滑,不应有裂缝、结疤、分层、错位,硬弯,毛刺、压痕、深的滑道及严重锈蚀等缺陷,严禁打孔。3.1.2连接件采用直角扣件、旋转扣件、防滑扣件、对接扣件,扣件应有生产许可证,质量检验合格证、复试报告;不允许有裂缝、变形、螺栓滑丝;扣件与钢管接触部位不应有氧化皮;活动部位应能灵活转动,旋转扣件两旋转面间隙应小于1mm;扣件表面进行防腐处理;扣件螺栓拧紧力矩值不应小于40N·m且不应大于65N·m。3.1.3脚手板采用200㎜宽、厚50㎜的木脚手板,不得有开裂、腐朽现象。3.1.4可调托撑,其受压承载力不小于40KN并且应有产品质量合格证,质量检验报告;可调托撑的外径不得小于36mm;螺杆与螺母结合长度不少于3扣;螺母厚度不小于30mm;螺杆插入立杆内长度不得小于150mm;支托板厚度不小于50mm,变形不得大于1mm,螺杆与支托板焊接牢固,焊缝不得低于6mm;严禁使用支托板及螺母有裂缝的托撑。3.1.5安全网:密目网网眼孔径不大于12mm,A级;安全平网:采用锦纶材质白色网3.16挡脚板:宽度不低于18cm,木质材料且刷警示漆。3.2技术准备3.2.1编制、审批脚手架施工方案。3.2.2施工作业前对班组进行质量技术交底和安全技...
