使整个公用局工作有条不紊、高效率、高质量的运作,按时完成领导交办的各项工作任务
定岗:根据各部门工作性质,对各部门工作人员进行定岗定位
定人:根据各岗位工作量大小、胜任能力、平等竞争,以岗设人
定责:根据工作性质、目标、要求、任务,明确责任,分类承包、责任到人、奖罚分明
优化组合:充分发挥典型示范带头作用,工作能力强、专、精的同志带动工作能力相对较弱的同志,形成以点成线,以线成片、以片成面,全面推进公用局各项工作顺利开展
