湖北大学知行学院本科毕业论文(设计)胡萝卜自动削皮机虚拟样机设计机械与自动化学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业学号学生姓名指导教师起讫日期2021.2.1~2021.3.25工作地点湖北大学知行学院1摘要随着人民生活水平不断提高,人民也开始逐渐追求生活便捷化,尤其是蔬果类商品,在这方面体现得淋漓尽致。现阶段,我国的大部分商场都会向消费者提供蔬果剥皮、清洁、包装等服务。但由于该服务是需要消耗大量人力完成的,而且工作效率不高,不能向消费者提供更好的消费体验。但我国蔬果行业提供学习外国先进技术,引进并创新了一些中小型蔬果自动剥皮包装机。通过分析现阶段蔬果行业商品销售的实际情况,研发了一款胡萝卜自动削皮机,设计理念如下:①先要对胡萝卜的特性结构进行分析,以此确定胡萝卜切割纹路,然后再进一步构建自动剥皮包装机内固定胡萝卜的空间结构,最后对切割完成的胡萝卜进行包装输出。②确定自动剥皮包装机设计方针,然后再对机器内部的结构零件进行分析,该机器的核心结构就是固定结构和切割结构。然后再思考各结构之间如何相互联系。相互促进共同工作,构建一个传动系统。③对胡萝卜切割进行实验模型设计,通过多次实验,分析影响切割的内在因素以及外界因素,然后再优化自动剥皮包装机,提高工作效率。关键词:虚拟样机;削皮;卜作循环图;连杆优化Abstract2Withthecontinuousimprovementofpeople'slivingstandards,thepeoplehavealsobeguntograduallypursueconvenienceinlife,especiallyfruitsandvegetables,whichisvividlyreflectedinthisaspect.Atthisstage,mostshoppingmallsinmycountrywillprovideconsumerswithservicessuchaspeeling,cleaningandpackagingoffruitsandvegetables.However,becausetheservicerequiresalotofmanpowertocomplete,andtheworkefficiencyisnothigh,itcannotprovideconsumerswithabetterconsumptionexperience.However,mycountry'svegetableandfruitindustryprovidesforlearningforeignadvancedtechnology,andhasintroducedandinnovatedsomesmallandmedium-sizedvegetableandfruitautomaticpeelingandpackagingmachines.Byanalyzingtheactualsituationofcommoditysalesinthevegetableandfruitindustryatthisstage,anautomaticcarrotpeelerwasdeveloped.Thedesignconceptisasfollows:Thecharacteristicstructureofcarrotsmustbeanalyzedfirsttodeterminethecutting①linesofcarrots,andthenthespacestructureofthefixedcarrotsintheautomaticpeelingandpackagingmachineisfurtherconstructed,andfinallythecutcarrotsarepackagedandoutput.Determinethedesignpolicyoftheautomaticpeelingandpackagingmachine,and②thenanalyzetheinternalstructuralpartsofthemachine.Thecorestructureofthemachineisthefixedstructureandthecuttingstructure.Thenthinkabouthowthevariousstructuresarerelatedtoeachother.Promoteeachotherandworktogethertobuildatransmissionsystem.Carryoutexperimentalmodeldesignforcarrotcutting.Throughmanyexperiments,③analyzetheinternalfactorsandexternalfactorsthataffectthecutting,andthenoptimizetheautomaticpeelingandpackagingmachinetoimproveworkefficiency.Keywords:virtualprototype;peeling;workingcyclediagram;linkoptimization3目录摘要...........................................................................................................................................IAbstract.................................................................................................................................II1.绪论.....................................................................................................................................11.1课题研究的背景及意义..................................................................................................11.2果蔬外皮处理技术............................................
