浙江大学硕士学位论文Abstract电子精密接插件企业采购外协管理系统的设计与实施摘要电子精密接插件制造企业大多从事精密模具、金属冲压、电镀、注塑、组包装业务，同时具有独立模具的设计制造能力。近年来，随着市场的推动，接插件行业在中国取得了巨大的发展。但是，随着市场的开拓，业务的快速发展，使用传统的管理方法已经无法满足处理日益膨胀的大量生产、存货和信息数据的需要。鉴于此种情况，企业希望利用ERP管理系统来使公司做到企业人、财、物、供、产、销等管理上的快速方便和业务上的优化的需求愈发强烈。本人在对精密接插件企业实施ERP项目的过程中参与了其中采购模块设计和实施。本文的课题以电子精密接插件制造企业为对象，从业务特点、功能需求和数据需求这三方面对接插件企业进行了需求分析。然后从系统架构、系统功能、系统流程这三方面对系统进行了设计。同时从实际业务需要考虑，对企业的编码结构和批次规则进行了设计，规范系统数据，为系统上线做好准备。最后对采购外协管理系统的实施方法、实施过程以及实施结果进行了整理归纳。对于实施过程的重要步骤以及可能遇到的问题及其解决方法进行了阐述。关键词:采购,外协,ERP,流程,实施i浙江大学硕士学位论文AbstractAbstractManufacturersofelectronicprecisionconnectorsaremainlyengagedinprecisionmoldmanufacturing,metalstamping,plating,insertmolding,grouppackagingbusinessandmostofthemhavecapacitytodesignandmanufacturemoldindependently.Inrecentyears,withthepromotionofthemarket,theconnectorindustryhasachievedgreatdevelopmentinChina.However,asmarketexpandsandbusinessdevelopsrapidly,usingtraditionalmanagementmethodshavebeenunabletodealwiththeincreasingproduction,inventoryandinformation.Accordingtothis,companieshopetouseERPtomakebusinessprocessmorequicklyandeasilyinthemanagementofHR,financial,material,production,supplyandmarketing.IntheprocessofimplementingERPproject,Iparticipatedinthedesignandimplementationofprocurementmodule.Inthispaper,therequirementanalysisofmanufacturersofelectronicprecisionconnectorswillconsistofthreeparts:businesscharacteristics,functionaldemandsanddataneeds.Thensystemdesignwillbecarriedoutfromthreeaspects:systemarchitecture,systemfunctionandsystemprocesses.Meanwhile,consideringtheactualbusinessneeds,therearesomethingstoprepareforthenewsystem,forinstance,unifyingcodingstructureandbatchruleandstandardizingsystemdataisimportant.Afterwardsthepapersummarizesimplementationmethodandimplementationprocessandimplementationresultsofprocurementandoutsourcingmanagementsystem.Finally,importantstepsintheimplementationprocessandpossibleproblemsandtheirsolutionsaregoingtobedescribed.KeyWords:Procurement,Outsourcing,ERP,Process,Implementationii浙江大学硕士学位论文目录目录摘要..................................................................................................................................iAbstract...........................................................................................................................ii图目录...........................................................................................................................III第1章绪论....................................................................................................................11.1课题研究背景.......................................................................................................11.2课题相关领域研究现状.......................................................................................31.2.1电子接插件行业现状................................................................
