摘要摘要塑料工业是当今世界上增长最快的工业门类之一,而注塑模具是其中发展较快的种类,因此,研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高产品质量有很大意义。传统的异型产品设计、模具设计及其加工都是根据二维工程图来完成的,加工出来的产品数据精度低,往往需不断地修改产品设计和修改模具,因此,它研发周期长、成本高。针对上述问题,本设计采用最新CAD/CAE/CAM-Pro/E软件来实现三维设计,运用PlasticAdvisor进行填充和冷却效果的模拟分析,大大地缩短了产品的研发周期、模具设计周期和加工周期,提高了产品设计的准确性,大大降低产品开发、模具设计的成本。本设计内容包括了塑料成型工艺与塑料模具设计两大主题,通过进行调研及查阅资料,根据产品的材料特性与功用,用Pro/E进行三维设计,并完成对其各结构的工艺性与可行性分析。同时,通过了解塑料成型模具的新技术,运用塑料成型理论的基础知识,进行模具结构设计,并通过理论计算与软件分析进行校核。设计中还运用PlasticAdvisor等注塑模拟分析专业软件对所设计的模具进行注射成型流动模拟分析,得到一系列关于注射时间,压力,温度,缺陷,冷却的参数,从而进一步得到模具注塑成型的可行性,并以此来改进模具结构和工艺参数。通过本设计,可以对注塑模具有一个更深的认识,注意到设计中的某些细节问题,了解模具结构及工作原理。关键词:注塑模具、模具设计、PlasticAdvisor、分模I摘要AbstractPlasticsIndustryistheworld'sfastestgrowingindustrycategories,andthattheinjectionmoldisoneofthetypesofrapiddevelopment,therefore,oninjectionmoldplasticproductstotheunderstandingoftheproductionprocessandimproveproductqualityhavegreatsignificance.Shapedthetraditionalproductdesign,molddesignandprocessingarebasedontwo-dimensionalengineeringdrawingstocompletetheprocessingofproductsfromlowaccuracyofdata,oftencontinuetomodifyproductdesignandmodificationdie,solongcycleofitsR&Dandhighcost.Toaddresstheaboveproblems,thedesignusingthelatestCAD/CAE/CAM-Pro/Esoftwaretoachievethree-dimensionaldesign,theusePlasticAdvisortofillthecoolingeffectofsimulationandanalysis,greatlyshortenedtheproductR&Dcycle,molddesigncycleandtheprocessingcycleandimprovetheaccuracyoftheproductdesign,greatlyreducingproductdevelopment,molddesigncosts.Thedesignincludestwomajorthemes——theplasticmoldingprocessandtheplasticmolddesign.Bycollectingandresearchingreferencedata,withPro/Emodeling3Ddesignaccordingtothematerialpropertiesoftheproduct.ThenIcompletedalltheanalysisofitsinternalstructure’srationalityandfeasibility.Simultaneously,bystudyingthenewtechnologyofplasticmoldandusingthebasictheoreticalknowledgeandprinciplesofplasticforming,Idesignedthestructuralfeaturesofthemouldandcheckthembydesigncalculationandapplicationanalysis.Attheendofthedesign,withtheapplicationofPlasticAdvisorsoftware,theprocessoftheplasticinjectionmoldinghadbeensimulatedandanalyzed.Then,somedatahadbeenobtainedwhichisparameteraboutthetime,pressuretemperature,defectandfreezeofinjection.Afterthat,analysisthefeasibilityofinjection,andfinallygetthebestdiestructureandmoldingparameters.Throughthisdesign,theinjectionmoldcanhaveabetterunderstanding,notedthatthedesignofcertaindetailsoftheunderstandingofthestructureandworkingprincipleofmold.Keywords:injectionmold,molddesign,PlasticAdvisor,sub-module.II摘要目录摘要.......................................................................I第一章绪论..................................................................1第二章产品材料选择和成型工艺分析............................................32.1产品材料选择.....................................................
